Hugged an HR journalist lately?
In our latest HR survey with HRMorning.com readers, we focused on learning two things.
• How the economy is impacting HR budgets
• How Human Resource professionals respond to marketing today
Our most significant finding? We asked what type of marketing people are most likely to respond to, and what type they’re least likely to respond to.
In the table below, I subtract the “least” votes from the “most” votes to give each marketing mode a raw score (“net”). (486 participated in the survey.)
Granted, it’s a limited list, but there may be a helpful nugget or two in here for HR marketers.
Any surprises here?
Where are you focusing your own efforts?
Have you hugged your favorite HR journalist lately? Does he or she know enough about your product to have an opinion? Are your customers talking you up with them?
On the flip side, are you focusing on your company blog? Phone calling? Are these working?
The results data are listed here in more detail. Contact me if you’d like to drill deeper.
Thanks to all the HR pros who participated.
